Infused Water for the Winter Months

winter water

The winter months can bring on an array of health issues: dry skin, asthma, seasonal depression, and yes, dehydration. It’s easy to put off drinking water when the sun isn’t incessantly broiling you like a shrimp, but it’s still important that you get enough h2O during the winter months so that you can look and feel your best. In this blog we’re talking about a fun way to stay hydrated: fruit-infused water

What Is Infused Water?

Infused water is water that has fruit or vegetables immersed in it. This infusion of fruits and vegetables gives the water a sweet and refreshing flavor. Fruit-infused water is also said to have added vitamins and minerals––bonus!

How To Make Infused Water

To make infused water, simply drop all of your ingredients into a pitcher or a fruit infuser bottle. Cover your ingredients about half way, and then fill the pitcher with water. Put your pitcher in the fridge and refill as needed.
