Schedule Your First Delivery
We make scheduling your first water delivery and equipment set-up easy and convenient. Based on your preferred schedule request, a route sales representative will show up to your home or office and deliver your bottled water or cooler, set up your next delivery appointment, and teach you about special features, and review operations instructions.
Contract and Billing
Upon your first delivery, a sales representative will bring your contract, review product descriptions and operations, and discuss pricing. You will also receive a brochure filled with product information. An invoice will be sent out to you every four weeks.
Communicating with Your Sales Representative
At the time of the initial setup, you can decide with your sales representative what schedule works best for you, and where you would like your new water bottles to be placed. The day before your next delivery, you will receive a short reminder call from your route representative.
If, for some reason, you need to reschedule a delivery, make sure you let a representative know before your next order is sent out.
